The TXR series variators are designed to handle heavy-duty applications using high-power electric motors. Thanks to the use of technologically advanced materials and innovative production processes, these variators guarantee long-lasting performance and completely maintenance-free operation.
The variator unit includes a z, a spring-loaded driven pulley (type U for motor-gearbox on the same side, or type Z for opposite configurations) and a transmission belt. Speed adjustment is performed through the driving pulley R, available in three control versions:
CRV: manual adjustment
CRC: manual adjustment with chain sprocket for remote control
HYD: hydraulic actuator for remote adjustment
